The Job Role:

• The Head Housekeeper for a private members club 
• Overseeing a team of 6
• The Head Housekeeper will manage and be responsible for the Housekeeping department ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the site.
• Managing, motivating and training a team to ensure consistent standards are being achieved at all times

 
The Requirements:

• The ideal Head Housekeeper will have a solid background within similar quality venues
• You will be confident with implementing a high level of standards within your team
• The Head Housekeeper will have excellent diary and time management skills and be a natural leader with the ability to train and develop your team.
