The Job Role:
  • Relief Chef Manager to oversee the business needs 
  • Relief Chef Manager to work within fresh food contracts 
  • Relief Chef Manager to help oversee 7 B&I Sites.
  • Direct report into the Culinary Director 
The Requirements
  • A Chef Manager with good experience in fresh food operations. 
  • A chef manager who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with high street food trends
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
  • A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front
  • Computer literate and can liaise with clients
