The Job Role:

• The Leisure Club manager will ensure that the club is operating at the highest standard
• The Leisure Club Manager will be hands on, walking the gym floor, chatting to customers
• Working to deliver the sales strategy
• Recruiting, developing and leading a great team of leisure staff

The Requirements:

• Proven experience in a large scale leisure club management role
• A passion for leisure and fitness
• Expert knowledge of both leisure operations and leisure sales
• Attention to detail and a drive to ensure that the highest levels of member experience are consistently delivered
• Motivational and passionate about developing and nurturing your team

The Location:

• Dudley
