The Package

• £45,000
• Bonus
• Car Allowance (£4,500)

The Job Role

• Operations Manager to oversee 14+ Education contracts. 
• Operations Manager to manage 2 direct reports 
• Operations Manager will ensure a high standard of food quality in every site.
• Operations Manager to train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.
• Managing the client experience, mobilise new business, and retain existing business.

The Requirements

• A strong Operations Manager with experience in managing a minimum of 10 contracts.
• Previous background as an Operations Manager within contract catering is essential
• A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
• The successful Operations Manager will have a strong commercial acumen 
• An accomplished Operations Manager who can and lead and engage the support team and unit managers
