The Job Role

• The experienced Head of Spa will focus on improving the guest journey and NPS score
• The Head of Spa will manage & lead a team of up to 40 spa staff
• Identify opportunities for new compelling campaigns & driving revenue via both new spa guests & enhancing current packages
• The Head of Spa will manage the financial performance of the spa, ensuring that budgets and profit margins are continually met

 
The Requirements

• The Head of Spa will have previous experience and proven success in a high end, high volume spa environment
• Solid and proven track record of securing new business within the spa sector
• Knowledge and experience of developing large teams and implementing new strategies within the team to enhance the guest experience
• The Head of Spa will be commercially focused & driven to achieve financial goals & targets.
