The Package
  • £44,000 Salary
  • 42.5 hours a week
  • 5 over 7 ( around 1 weekend per month )

The Job Role
  • Senior Sous Chef to report into the Head Chef & Executive Chef.
  • Senior Sous Chef to oversee the operation with the senior team.
  • Senior Sous Chef to have a committed approach to the development of new ideas and food style.
  • Very busy operation core feeding 1500+ per day.
  • Senior Sous Chef to work in a team of 16.
  • Senior Sous Chef to help with fine dining events and hospitality. 
The Requirements
  • Senior Sous Chef must have proven track record within high volume operations. 
  • Senior Sous Chef to have worked with fresh food 
  • Senior Sous Chef to have worked within a independent schools or hotels/venues with a high volume background is essential.
