- Very busy operation core feeding 1500+ per day.
- Senior Sous Chef to work in a team of 16.
- Senior Sous Chef to help with fine dining events and hospitality.
- Senior Sous Chef must have proven track record within high volume operations.
- Senior Sous Chef to have worked with fresh food
- Senior Sous Chef to have worked within a independent schools or hotels/venues with a high volume background is essential.
