• £40,000 Salary 
• Tronc £3,500 - £4,000 per year
• 15 % Bonus

The Job Role

• Restaurant Manager within a stunning 120 covers restaurant 
• Restaurant Manager to Run the day to day operations 
• A 7 day operation, working 5 days out of 7
• Restaurant Manager to lead a team of 60 staff members.

The Requirements

• A strong background within restaurants / hotels 
• A passionate foodie who also has the ability to produce a healthy GP
• A self-starter who relishes staff development
• Experience of running large teams on a fresh food site.
• A Restaurant Manager with a High volume background is essential
