- Nights Manager for a beautiful full-service hotel with spa facilities
- Lead and develop a night team of 5 staff members
- Responsible for the smooth running of the hotel during the evening
- Managing the night audit procedures
- Ensuring the safety and well being of hotel guests
- Night manager responsible for a limited beverage only room service
- The successful applicant will be an experienced night manager or an assistant night manager looking for their next career step
- Proven background within front office and able to run night reports
- Experience of ensuring security and guest welfare within a hotel
- Be very customer focused and ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered throughout the night
- Night manager will have an enthusiastic personality and a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a great team spirit
