- To manage the hotel meetings and events sales team
- Ensuring the highest standards of sales and customer service delivered at all times
- A sales office manager to focus on reactive sales, meeting targets and driving business
The Requirements
- The ideal sales office manager will have previous experience within a hotel meetings and events sales department
- To ensure the sales team are maximising sales conversion of all enquiries and new buisness achieved
- Responsible for leading and motivating a reactive sales team to ensure maximum revenue
- The sales office manager will build and maintain an excellent team to deliver the best service
- Create a fun working environment for the sales office and develop team members
