The Package
  • Up to £34,000 annual salary
  • Additional tips 
  • Fixed days off each week, 4 1/2 day working week 
  • Very few late evenings

The Job Role
  • Head Chef to work in a high quality establishment with brand new facilities 
  • To lead and develop a dedicated kitchen brigade
  • Head Chef to report to and be mentored by highly renowned Executive Chef
  • A light lunch menu and gastro pub style dinner menu, using high quality local ingredients 
  • Opportunity for some autonomy on the menu
The Requirements
  • Head Chef with a real passion for food and current food trends
  • Experience within a fresh-food, high quality venue is a must 
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated Head Chef, who can lead their team from the front  
  • This role would be highly suited to an experienced sous chef looking for to progress their career 
  • A fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to be part of a restaurant set to change the foodie scene in Birmingham
