- A sous chef to support the Head Chef with managing a small team of 6.
- The ideal Sous chef will be a strong hands-on operator
- A sous chef with excellent communication skills
- A sous chef that has previous high quality background with either rosette or Michelin
- Experience with managing a team
- A self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
- You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
- An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
