The Package
  • Circa £40,000 per annum 
  • Mileage expenses  
  • Term time only (43 weeks) 
  • Pension scheme 
The Role
  • Operations Manager to manage the client experience, mobilise new business, and retain existing business within education. 
  • The Operations Manager will be responsible for around 30+ schools.
  • The Operations Manager will ensure food delivery is exceptional in every site.
  • The Operations Manager that will be overseeing multiple Area managers.
  • To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.
The Requirements
  • A strong operations manager with proven experience in education contract catering. 
  • A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
  • An Operations Manager that is happy to jump in and roll their sleeves up when needed. 
  • The successful Operations Manager will have a strong commercial acumen to maximise revenue, as well as a sound understanding of revenue, budget and cost analysis.
