- Assistant Restaurant Manager for 26 cover restaurant
- To manage the restaurant service to an impeccable standard
- Ensuring guests are receiving a high level of hospitality exceeding expectations
- Assistant Restaurant Manager to develop and lead a front of house team, reporting to the General Manager
- To have in depth knowledge of the menu and wine list
- The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will have previous experience in a quality restaurant, ideally rosette or Michelin awarded
- A professional and attentive genuine Assistant Restaurant Manager with a passion for food and drink, ideally with wine knowledge
- An Assistant Restaurant Manager with excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead a team
