The Job Role
  • Front Office Manager for 5* property 
  • To manage and lead the reception and reservations teams 
  • To welcome guests at an impeccable standard, providing exceptional customer service 
  • Have a passion for providing hospitality and exceeding guests expectations
The Requirements
  • The successful Front Office Manager will have previous experience in a 4 or 5* property as Reception or Front Office Manager
  • A professional and attentive Front Office Manager, willing to go "the extra mile" 
  • Have great leadership skills, to progress and motivate the front office team
