- To manage lunch and evening service to an impeccable standard
- Ensuring the regular clientele are well looked after, exceeding guests expectations
- The Restaurant Manager will be the ‘host’ and face of the restaurant and to be very hands on with all aspects of the business
- To progress and lead a dedicated front of house team
The Requirements
- The successful Restaurant Manager will have previous experience in a 4 or 5* property
- An professional and attentive restaurant manager with knowledge of rosette standard service
- To have a genuine passion for food and drink, ideally with wine knowledge
- A restaurant manager with excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead a team
- This role would be suitable for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager looking for their first Restaurant Manager role
