- Sous Chef within a superb, Fresh food gastro pub
- A fast paced kitchen within a recently refurbished property
- 100% fresh food operation using the very best of local ingredients (1 rosette) - British Produce
- Sous Chef working within a team of 4
- Menu development
The Requirements
- A strong Sous Chef with an exceptional hotel, gastro pub and/or restaurant background
- A passionate Sous Chef who has experience of working with fresh food
- A self-starter who relishes staff development
- A Sous Chef who has Experience within fast paced kitchen environments
