The Requirements
 
  • A strong Sous Chef with an exceptional hotel, gastro pub and/or restaurant background
  • A passionate Sous Chef who has experience of working with fresh food
  • A self-starter who relishes staff development
  • A Sous Chef who has Experience within fast paced kitchen environments
