The Job Role
    • Junior Sous Chef for a Flagship B&I contract
    • Running the Hospitality Section
    • Daytime operation hours - 7am - 3pm
    • Monday to Friday 
The Requirements
    • A proven Sous Chef with a strong fresh food background.
    • The ability to manage a busy operation within a Sous Chef role..
    • A passionate foodie with a strong knowledge of Fresh Food
    • To be creative and have a real passion for food.
    • A team player who leads from the front.
