- Monday - Friday / NO WEEKENDS

- To implement SOPs, drive profit and ensure best cost control practices are in place.
- To drive customer service within the team and achieve great guest satisfaction
- You will be dealing with high profile clients on a daily basis
To have a great personality and be genuine, approachable, attentive and instinctive
- Proven ability to develop team members and improve guest satisfaction
- A track record of dealing with high volume catering
- Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career under an established General Manager
- Have a background in hospitality management you will have a passion for the industry and want to deliver all customers a memorable experience.
- Would suit an existing manager within a high street restaurant or a hotel with high volume catering
