The Job Role
- Supporting a team of 12
- Food offering 500+ daily, Fresh food.
- Overseeing Hospitality.
- Supporting the Chef Manager in the day to day operations
The Requirements
- Experience in high quality establishments such as restaurants and hotels / Gastro Pubs
- Excellent communication skills
- Real passion for fresh food.
