The Job Role:

  • A Sous Chef for a quality event venue
  • A Sous Chef to manage stock & ordering
  • Dispatch stock out to the correct kitchens for the correct events
  • Prepping food for functions when required
The Requirements:

  • This role would suit an experienced Junior Sous Chef/Sous Chef with a strong background in kitchen management
  • A Self-starter with good attention to detail
  • A Sous Chef with exceptional stock control
