The Job Role

  • Sous Chef required a busy single site with in excess of 1000 persons on site
  • 100% fresh food operation, inclusive of all bread and pastry production
  • To support the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen duties including team management
  • Monday to Friday Operation working daytime hours with extended holidays.

The Requirements

  • An experienced Sous chef with exceptional hotel, restaurant or high quality contract catering background
  • A passionate foodie who is keen to learn and develop under a strong Head Chef.
  • The Sous Chef will be a self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food
  • The ability to thrive within pressurised environments
