The Job Role

  • Senior Sous Chef required for a quality fresh food operation catering for 700+ people per day
  • The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for developing the kitchen brigade alongside the Head Chef
  • Developing and cooking exciting, innovative menus to cater for corporate and leisure events
  • Involved in all aspects of the kitchen operation including Training, Budgets and Health & safety

The Requirements

  • Senior Sous Chef from within conference, hospitality, events or banqueting operations
  • A Passionate Operator; with a genuine love for food
  • Evidence of clear stable progression into current position must be shown throughout your CV
  • A self-starter with a strong team ethic who leads from the front
