The Job Role
- A busy single site with more than 600 persons to cater for each day
- 100% fresh food operation, inclusive of all bread and pastry production
- To manage and develop a team of 7 within a well-equipped kitchen
- Autonomy on all menus for both restaurant & hospitality functions
- A strong Head Chef with exceptional hotel, restaurant or high-quality contract catering background.
- A passionate foodie who also has the ability to produce a healthy GP
- Experience within busy high volume and pressurised operations
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food
- A true professional who leads from the front
- Parking available onsite
