The Job Role
- Head Chef of a busy single modern style operation with in excess of 800 persons on site.
- The Head Chef will have freedom to cook seasonal dishes and have some menu autonomy.
- 100% fresh food operation, inclusive of all bread and pastry production.
- The Head Chef will manage and develop a team of 7 in a well-equipped kitchen.
- A 5-day operation, daytime only. (This role is required to work Monday to Friday only).
- A strong Head chef with exceptional hotel, restaurant or high-quality contract catering background.
- A passionate foodie who also has the ability to produce a healthy GP alongside a motivated team.
- Experience within busy high volume and pressurised operations.
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food.
- A true professional Head Chef who leads from the front.
