- Head Chef to oversee the kitchen operation within a 4* fresh food operation
- Head Chef to provide outstanding food to both business and leisure guests within a busy restaurant and a sizeable meeting & events operation.
- A Head Chef to lead and develop a brigade of 12
- To lead new menu development
- The successful Head Chef will be a strong individual with an exceptional quality hotel background.
- Exposure to conference and events is essential for this Head Chef role
