- Chef Manager required for a smart fresh food contract with in excess of 500 people on site.
- Modern dining, alongside high-quality hospitality.
- To produce first class food with 100% made on-site.
- To lead and develop an enthusiastic kitchen team
- Autonomy on menus with support to introduce new ideas and offerings
- Talented Head Chef/Chef Manager with a proven track record
- Hotel/Restaurant background highly desirable
- A passionate foodie with a strong knowledge of multiple cuisines
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food
- The Chef manager will be a team player who leads from the front.
