This is undoubtedly our preferred method of recruitment and of many of our existing clients too. For this service, we only invoice you once the role is fulfilled.
This is the most common method of recruitment via agencies. Contingent recruitment, also non-exclusive recruitment, means that you are free to advertise your vacancy with other agencies, place it on job boards and on your own website.
We are confident in our abilities to compete with other agencies in fulfilling your recruitment requirements and only invoice once the role has been successfully filled.
If you are looking to fill a senior executive role, then our retained search service is just the ticket. Your dedicated consultant will keep you updated all the way as they conduct detailed research, apply their extensive market knowledge and attend industry networking events to find you the very best candidates.
For this service you will be required to pay a non-refundable 30% deposit at the start of the recruitment process, a second refundable deposit of the same size upon receipt of your candidate shortlist and finally the remaining 40% balance upon fulfilment of the position.
Fixed Term Contracts
If you have an interim staffing requirement like long-term sickness or maternity cover then our Fixed Term Contracts package is for you. Contracts are usually for a minimum of one month and the employee is paid directly by Talent Hive then simple 4 weekly invoices are raised.
This popular service is also great if you are recruiting for a senior role but require immediate cover, or need to implement external consultancy support to drive forward new projects.
