About the recruitment process
Your CV should be clear and concise. Fancy layouts and over complicating it can distract from your skills and qualities, so keep the format simple and pack it with detail and key achievements.
We suggest using two pages of A4, which should give you enough space to highlight your career to date.

ABSOLUTELY! At Talent Hive we work in the strictest of confidence. We take this very seriously and will never do anything with your application without discussing it with you first.
Not really, depending on the role and depending on how the client wishes us to deal with their recruitment, more often than not we won’t need you to pop in to see us. Albeit you are more than welcome to!
We’re there to support you throughout the process. We will make initial introductions with the client on your behalf and prepare you with full interview preparation and help manage the process thereafter.
Our consultants will be in regular contact with you throughout the process and will support you with advice at every step. Once you have secured your dream job we will continue to provide you with assistance and help you settle into your role as best as we can to ensure it is a smooth transition.
Once we’ve received your application we will assess your career to date and your skill set against the strict criteria we have been given by our clients. If we believe you to be a good fit we will give you a call to discuss your background and the role further.
We pride ourselves on getting back to you as soon as we can. We’re always in the office by 8am at the latest so you can call us on your way to work.

Yes. It does vary from client to client but if needed we can always establish whether accommodation is available very early in the process for you. There is normally a charge with accommodation.
They can be. But the hours can also be flexible and work around your needs and commitments outside of work. There is no hard and fast rule on the hours as every role and every employer is different.
Also what we’re finding is that many companies are now addressing the ‘long and unsociable hours’ challenge head on, providing better working hours to ensure their employees are getting a good work-life balance.
