- Taking full responsibility for the venue's day-to-day operation and performance
- Driving sales, profitability and commercial performance
- Maintaining consistently high standards across service, drinks and guest experience
- Leading, motivating and developing a strong team
- Managing recruitment, training, rotas and performance
- Taking ownership of health & safety, licensing and compliance
- Working closely with the team to deliver an exceptional late-night experience
- Building strong relationships with regular guests and the wider LGBTQ+ community
- Creating an inclusive, safe and welcoming environment for everyone
- Having genuine autonomy to run and develop the venue
- Previous experience as a General Manager or senior manager within a late-night bar or nightclub
- Strong knowledge of drinks-led operations
- Experience managing and developing large teams
- A strong commercial understanding, including sales, costs and profitability
- Excellent knowledge of licensing and late-night compliance
- A hands-on management style and the ability to lead from the front
- A genuine passion for hospitality, nightlife and creating memorable guest experiences
- Excellent communication and people-management skills
- A strong understanding and appreciation of the LGBTQ+ community and inclusive hospitality
