We’re looking for an experienced, commercially driven Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities and winning new business - someone who wants genuine ownership and influence within a growing organisation.
The business delivers a range of services including Catering, Cleaning, Health & Safety Consultancy and associated support services, with significant opportunity to develop new partnerships across:
- Multi-Academy Trusts
- Schools
- Local Authorities
- Public Sector organisations
- Commercial businesses
You will be responsible for taking opportunities from initial engagement through to proposal, presentation and successful contract mobilisation, working closely with the wider leadership and operational teams.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Commercially astute with a strong track record of winning new business
- Relationship-led, able to build credibility and trust with senior decision-makers
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
- Confident presenting, negotiating and influencing at senior level
- Ideally experienced within Soft FM, Facilities Management, Catering, Cleaning or a related outsourced services environment
- Motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to business growth
- c£65,000 basic salary (OTE c£90,000)
- Competitive commission – % of acquired contract value

- Remote working – base can be anywhere in the UK
