• A fresh food busy events operation.
• Working for a proven Head Chef.

The Requirements

• A strong individual with a background within fresh food event operations
• Proven experience at Sous Chef level within fast paced fresh food operations.
• Passionate leader, keen to train and develop a curious & hungry to learn brigade.
• A self-starter with a strong team ethic.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career.

• Own transport essential due to location
