- Working closely with the General Manager you'll lead the team to exceed guests expectations by delivering an efficient, yet relaxed service through your hands-on approach.
- The Operations Manager will oversee a team of HOD's to ensure the hotel is operating at the high levels currently being delivered.
- Working a mix of early and late shifts across the week and weekend to suit business needs
- The successful Operations Manager will be driving service and product standards with a strong focus on Rooms Division
- A current Hotel Operations Manager or strong Rooms Division Manager with knowledge and experience in a similar role, having previously worked in 4* hotels
- You will be used to high volume and delivering high standards whilst working under pressure.
- You'll motivate, educate and inspire your team to deliver the best guest experience.
- A passion for service is a must
- Ability to comfortably deal with any customer queries efficiently and professionally.
