The Package

• Up to £65,000per annum
• Monday to Friday hours
• Enhanced pension

The Job Role

• General Manager to oversee a Law Firm contract in Bishopsgate
• To manage and oversee the food offering, service standards and client experience, both staff dining and hospitality.
• The General Manager will be responsible for P&L, stock management, cost control and effective labour scheduling.
• To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.
• To report into an excellent Operations Director.

The Requirements

• A proven General Manager or an Operations Manager looking to return to site level.
• A proven B&I background is essential within Law firms, Tech Houses or International Banks.
• You must be a passionate foodie
• The successful General Manager will be a self-starter with a passion for people development.
• A strong commercial acumen to maximise revenue, as well as a sound understanding of revenue, budget and cost analysis.
