The Job Role
  • Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee 14 locations between Birmingham and Manchester
  • To manage and oversee the food offering, service standards and client experience.
  • The Hospitality Operations Manager will be responsible for P&L, stock management, cost control and effective labour scheduling.
  • To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.
The Requirements
  • A proven Hospitality Operations Manager within contract catering or later living companies
  • A passionate foodie
  • The successful Hospitality Operations Manager will be a self-starter with a passion for people development.
  • A strong commercial acumen to maximise revenue, as well as a sound understanding of revenue, budget and cost analysis.
The Location
  • To be based in Birmingham, Staffordshire or Manchester (M6 corridor)
  • A regional 'road based' role within the above areas.
