• Up to £38,000
• Additional service charge - circa £4,000-£5,000 per annum

The Job Role

• Bar manager within a quality hotel.
• Training and developing the enthusiastic existing staff.
• Manage stocks and bar control.
• Big focus on cocktails

The Requirements

• A strong bar background, ideally at high end venues or hotels.
• Excellent cocktail knowledge 
• Sense of ownership and accountability for stock results.
• Second to none service standards alongside a calm approach to busy service periods.
• Confident knowledge on cellar management, wines and cocktails.
• The Bar Manager will be a natural trainer and developer of a team.
