- Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll lead the team to exceed guests expectations by delivering an efficient, yet relaxed service through your hands-on approach.
- The Hotel Manager will deliver informed but relaxed and approachable service
- Part of a well established hotel brand well known for high levels of service
- Driving the standards expected of this stunning property
- Commercially accountable for the running of the hotel
- A Hotel Manager with knowledge and experience in a similar role, having previously worked in boutique hotels.
- You will be used to attentive service and delivering high standards whilst working under pressure.
- The successful Hotel Manager will be a current Hotel Manager or Deputy General Manager.
- A passion for service is a must
- Ability to comfortably deal with any customer queries efficiently and professionally
