- Development Chef to oversee 15 London locations - Zone 1 & 2
- Monday to Friday hours
- Every day is different! Mobilisations, sales presentations, people recruitment and development and essentially food development.
- To develop restaurant standards within a workplace setting.
- The Development Chef is to work with full menu autonomy, bespoke to clients needs.
- The Development Chef will report into the Chef Director
- A Head Chef currently within a 5* hotels, private members club or AA Rosette/Michelin restaurant background who wishes to switch to contract catering.
- A Chef who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with high street food trends
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
- A Self-starter and forward-thinking Chef who leads from the front
- Computer literate and can liaise with clients
