The Job Role:
  • Executive Chef to oversee both restaurant and private dining
  • The Executive Chef is to work with full menu autonomy
  • The successful Executive Chef is to lead a small team creating wonderful workplace dining. This role is 70% cooking, 30% management.
  • The Executive Chef will report into the Managing Director 
  • 100 cover restaurant alongside private dining for 12
The Requirements
  • An Executive Chef with a 5* hotel, private members club or AA Rosette/Michelin restaurant background.
  • An Executive Chef who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with high street food trends
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
  • A Self-starter and forward-thinking Executive Chef who leads from the front
  • Computer literate and can liaise with clients
  • This role would suit a strong Head Chef or Executive Chef
