- Executive Chef to oversee both restaurant and private dining
- The Executive Chef is to work with full menu autonomy
- The successful Executive Chef is to lead a small team creating wonderful workplace dining. This role is 70% cooking, 30% management.
- The Executive Chef will report into the Managing Director
- 100 cover restaurant alongside private dining for 12
- An Executive Chef with a 5* hotel, private members club or AA Rosette/Michelin restaurant background.
- An Executive Chef who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with high street food trends
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
- A Self-starter and forward-thinking Executive Chef who leads from the front
- Computer literate and can liaise with clients
- This role would suit a strong Head Chef or Executive Chef

- No parking available on this role but Zone 1 for tube travel
