The Job Role

• An experienced General Manager to lead a busy high end restaurant 
• To oversee the high volume operation 
• The experienced General Manager will interact with every dining guest to ensure all expectations are met
• A General Manager to manage a large tea
• Exceed in future planning for the business
• A General Manager that can lead from the front.
• An experienced General Manager to continually drive standards of food and drink service forward

 
The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy high end environment.
• A General Manager with proven experience in a similar large venue.
• A General Manager that is very guest service driven and wants to make sure that every guest leaves with a smile on their face. 
• The ideal candidate will be from a full service restaurant.
• Experience with managing a large team is a must
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must whilst also being able to hold a presence in the restaurant
