•  Head Chef 
• Up to £65,000 per annum
• Plus Cash Tronc -  5k  
• Plus % bonus - paid quarterly

The Job Role

• A Head Chef to support the head chef in leading the food concept of a busy bar venue.
• A Head Chef that is confident working in a fast paced environment.
• A Head Chef that is able to manage a large team and is dedicated to developing the team around him.
• A Head Chef that is confident working with fresh food.
• A Head Chef that continues to drive standards of food and drinks service forward
• A Head chef that can lead from the front and push the business future forward

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on chef who thrives in a busy environment
• Needs to have a passion for cooking 
• Must of worked in a fresh food kitchen.
• Experience with managing large teams is a must
• A Sous chef that a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
• A Sous chef that can lead from the front with excellent communication skills.
