The Job Role
- An experienced Human Resources Manager, full generalist role
- To deliver a sustainable HR strategy to a hotel team
- Support Operations Teams with training
- To increase staff engagement and retention.
- To work closely with the hotel General Manager to deliver the best results possible.
- Responsible for hiring, onboarding, compliance, grievances, disciplinary and team welfare
- Proactive and reactive training
The Requirements
- The Human Resources Manager will be experienced within Hotels or Hospitality, this is essential
- CIPD qualified level 5 Required
- A strong individual with a resilient 'can do' attitude.
- Be a confident, creative and effective HR leader
- Outstanding communication skills
- Initiative and a self-starter
