The Job Role

• A Bar Manager to lead a busy premium cocktail venue.
• A Bar Manager to support the General Manager with managing and day to day running of the business
• A Bar Manager to continually drive standards of drinks service forward within a late night venue.
• A Bar Manager that wants to lead from the front.
• A Bar Manager that is confident with writing and creating cocktail menus

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a late night bar environment.
• A Bar Manager with proven experience in a similar late night venue role. 
• A Bar Manager, that is able to bring across a great personality.
• Experience with managing a team whilst under pressure is a must
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
