- £44,000 per annum basic salary
- Company Car - car allowance of £445 per month, or personal car usage at 45p per mile.
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Additional 5 days gifted leave
- Lead and manage Health, Safety and Training across a large portfolio of education catering sites
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies across the business
- Conduct site audits, investigations and reporting to maintain high safety standards
- Deliver and coordinate Health & Safety training and manager inductions across the organisation
- Work closely with Operations and HR to support training programmes and staff development
- Experience within a Health & Safety role in catering, hospitality or food service
- Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
- NEBOSH qualification desirable (training support available)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence teams
- Full UK Driving Licence with the ability to travel across the North of England
The Location
- M6 corridor Stoke to Liverpool, Manchester & Sheffield.
- A regional 'road based' role within the above areas.
