- Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career under an established General Manager
- Service standards driven Assistant F&B Manager with a desire to be the best
- Experience in both M&E and Restaurant environments desirable
- Deputy F&B Manager within a private members club
- Running of the venue restaurant and bar.
- Developing team to improve service standards across the venue.
- Big mix of day and evening shifts - not late nights
