The Job Role
  • A commercially focused revenue manager 
  • Lead and support the strategy for two hotels
  • Prepare Forecasts and Budgets for all segments of the business 
  • Responsible for the strategy to drive rooms, M&E and leisure revenue within the business
  • Analysing market information and market trends to support revenue decisions
  • Review business plans, identify gaps and meet set targets
 
The Requirements
  • Previous experience in a revenue role within the hospitality industry
  • The experienced Revenue manager will update weekly forecasting and set appropriate strategies
  • Understanding of the local area and market
  • The experienced Revenue manager will be able to implement agreed strategy and demonstrate tangible results
  • The revenue manager will have experience of producing rooms forecasts with the ability to maximise revenue
