The Job Role:
- An experienced senior marketing manager
- To manage a team of marketing executives
- The experienced senior marketing manager will lead the national and London marketing strategy, driving growth and evolution of the brand.
- Drive the execution and delivery of marketing initiatives, activations, and events to ensure the Marketing Team achieves both short and long-term objectives.
- Drive strategy, plan and execute marketing initiatives for new projects
- Manage the national marketing budget effectively, tracking spend and ROI.
The Requirements:
- 5 + years of experience in marketing, within hospitality
- Ideally within multi-site premium dining
- An ability to instil structure and process into the Marketing Team
- Happy with regular travel
- Self Starter in this role is a must as autonomy of marketing will be trusted
- Experience using AI tools/automation platforms.
- Managerial experience is required
