The Package
- £65,000 per annum basic salary
- Company car (Hybrid), or allowance

The Job Role
Learning & Development Manager to design, deliver and evolve the company's people development strategy across a growing national business.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify skills gaps and drive learning initiatives across all functions.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs to support leadership development, compliance, onboarding and service excellence.
- The Learning & Development Manager will embed a consistent learning culture that supports employee retention, engagement and performance.
- Lead on digital learning tools, apprenticeships and career pathway initiatives.
- The Learning & Development Manager will work closely with Catering Operations and HR teams to ensure all training meets both business and client needs. This is a key role in shaping the future capability of a fast-growing, people-led organisation.
The Requirements
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager (ideally within hospitality, catering or service-led industries)
- Strong background in designing and delivering learning programmes at all levels
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Creative approach to people development with the ability to inspire others
- National travel flexibility (based from HQ in the West Midlands)
