The Job Role
- The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for identifying and assessing training needs
- Implementing various training methods to enhance employees' skills and performance.
- The Learning and Development Manager will assess the needs of the company through collaboration and by using industry knowledge
- Creating and delivering bespoke development packages for all departments.
- Support new openings
- Recruit, train, and supervise the team
- Provide ongoing support and development to ensure high performance
The Requirements
- The ideal Learning and Development manager must have experience within Front of House training experience in Hospitality
- A proven track record of coaching
- Minimum of 2 years experience within training role
- Learning & Development manager must be able to demonstrate delivering training courses, succession planning,
- The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for people development.
